Many builders quote integrity, ethics, quality of workmanship and customer service as the key elements of their business. Few actually mean and act on it. JAH is one of those who truly do act on all they promise.
We selected JAH as our builder not in one home but 2. John attended several briefings, learnt our needs and wants and advised us on our best path – not just on price but also convenience, use and finishes. He was awesome.
We then worked with Amanda on sourcing and timing and they got to it. Three massive projects all finished superbly with the highest attention to detail. We used their suppliers for PCs and saved thousands but also received great advice. We finished differently to our original plans but for the best.
They quoted and came in under budget and ahead of time. There was one small mishap which was fixed immediately and without fuss. I cannot recommend JAH more highly. Great tradesman with high integrity and ethics who do better than most. If you want a builder who will get it done, try John and Amanda. JAH were 5 stars.
We decided to choose J.A.H Build Group based on their competitive pricing and professionalism during the initial consultation and quoting period. We required a major renovation to our primary residence, which included two bathrooms, kitchen, structural changes to extend and add an ensuite and WIR to our master bedroom as well as flooring.
There were some minor issues during the build, all of which were easily rectified, so I will highly recommend J.A.H for all of your building needs. Thank you John & Amanda for transforming our home!
Working with John and Amanda was such an easy and enjoyable experience. They really helped us get out of a bind where the tenant had left the property in a pretty sorry state and were able to work within our tight budget to reposition the apartment for resale.
